Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Lens Order AI (the “Service”), operated by MindX Global (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Lens Order AI is an AI-assisted tool that reads optical prescriptions and lab order forms from images and produces structured order data for you to review, edit, and export. The Service is an aid to data entry — not a medical device and not a substitute for professional judgement.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account and workspace.
• A workspace owner manages billing and may invite team members who share the workspace's data.

3. Acceptable use

• Use the Service lawfully and only with data you are authorised to process.
• Do not upload content you have no legal right to submit, or use the Service to infringe others' rights.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the Service or its API, or exceed plan limits through circumvention.

4. Your content & accuracy

You retain all rights to the content you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the Service (see our Privacy Policy). AI extraction can be inaccurate or incomplete — you are responsible for reviewing and verifying every order before relying on or submitting it. We are not liable for decisions made on unreviewed output.

5. Plans, billing & credits

Paid plans and one-time credit packs are billed through Stripe. Billing, cancellation, and refund terms are described in our Refund & Billing Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Intellectual property

We and our licensors own the Service, including its software, design, and trademarks. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service; no other rights are granted.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of AI output.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or any statutory rights you have as a consumer.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to comply with law.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia and the European Union. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence are unaffected.
