Refund & Billing Policy

This policy explains how billing works for Lens Order AI, operated by MindX Global. It forms part of our Terms of Service. Billing questions: billing@lensorderai.com.

1. Plans & pricing

  • A free Starter plan with a monthly allowance, and paid monthly plans (Practice, Lab) with higher allowances.
  • Prices are shown in your local currency (USD, EUR, or INR) and are the same value across regions.
  • Prices exclude any taxes (e.g. VAT/GST) that may apply based on your location.

2. Subscriptions & renewals

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. By subscribing you authorise recurring charges to your payment method.

3. Credit packs

Credit packs are one-time purchases that top up a prepaid balance used after your monthly allowance is spent. Credits do not expire. Because they are consumable digital goods, credit purchases are non-refundable once granted, except where required by law.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel a paid plan at any time from your billing settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the current paid period, after which it reverts to the free Starter plan. We do not provide prorated refunds for the unused portion of a billing period, except where required by law.

5. Plan changes

Upgrades and downgrades take effect immediately and are prorated by Stripe against your current billing period.

6. Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. We may issue a refund at our discretion for duplicate charges or billing errors. If a refund is issued, any credits granted by the corresponding purchase may be removed. Your statutory rights as a consumer (including any EU right of withdrawal that applies) are not affected.

7. Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, we will retry and notify you. Your plan may be paused or downgraded to the free tier if payment is not resolved.
